A Little About Me...

I have lived in Indiana all of my life, beginning in northwest Indiana, spending four years at Purdue West Lafayette, teaching back near my hometown for five years in the public schools, and eventually landing here in Fort Wayne, where my husband Jarod and I have raised our family. I spent six years teaching 5th and 6th grade English here at Blackhawk, and then I migrated across the street to teach 8th grade English. Jarod and I have two kids, Marlee, a freshman at Purdue - West Lafayette, and Miles, a sophomore here at Blackhawk. I have minimal hobbies and a limited social life, but I love to read (almost always classics) and to be active, preferably out of doors:).
