Abby Treesh

Hello!  My name is Abby Treesh and I am the lead teacher in the Studio for BCS Preschool Academy.  I LOVE teaching our youngest learners in the 3 year old classes as their introduction into preschool.    

 

This is my 9th year teaching at Blackhawk Christian Preschool and I have been so blessed by teaching to and learning from these littles.  I graduated from Taylor University Fort Wayne with a BA degree in Psychology and have worked with foster care and adoptive youth before meeting my husband while working together for different agencies.  Ryan and I have been married 18 years and we have 2 children, Conner (16) and Marshall (13), who both started at BCS as preschoolers and are now in 11th and 7th grade.  As a family, we love playing tennis, traveling to see family, going to the beach, and discovering new landmarks.  

I am also a 12 year Breast Cancer Survivor with a passion for those going through cancer diagnosis and all of the treatments and life that happens both during and after diagnosis.  

I also take after my mom and enjoy making cross-stitch ornaments during the holidays.
